Alfred "Alf" T. Prout

At Rubidge Retirement Residence on Thursday, May 8, 2014 in his 95th year. Beloved husband of the late Gladys (nee Green - 1992) and the late Mabel (nee Eason - 2012). Dear father of Susan and her husband Reg Adams and their children Peter and Judy. Stepfather to Gord (Ellaner), Patti (Julien Vienneau), Nancy Wilson, Ron (Susan) and Cathi (Andre) Kolkowski and their families; brother of Katherine McLeod and Jim Clement (Joyce). Alf was an uncle to several nieces and nephews and their families. Alf was predeceased by his parents Alfred and Edith and step-father David Clement. He was a member of Peterborough Legion Br. #52 after having served overseas, an avid golfer and bowler. Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at NORTHMINSTER UNITED CHURCH, 300 Sunset Blvd., 705-748-4881.
