Ruth Fontaine Digati

She was born on March 13, 1941, in Hartford, Connecticut to parents Margery and Alphonse Fontaine.

Ruth was a beloved mother, family member and friend to all. Ruth's radiant spirit illuminated countless lives, transforming casual encounters into enduring friendships through her effortless talent of empathically connecting with others. She found joy in scouring thrift stores for knick-knacks, turning her home into a gallery of cherished memories.

As the youngest among nine siblings, Ruth was known as the “baby” of her family. Her unshakable faith in God was a constant guide, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and steadfast connections.

She will be dearly missed by her loving family and close friends. She is survived by her devoted children, Donna Lee Roberts and Donald Warren Glover (Lisa), along with her beloved older sister, Ann Larivee (Donald) and grandchildren Thomas (Kelly), Christopher (Mary Claire), Lindsay (Jon), Brianna (George) and Danielle.

Ruth leaves behind a close-knit family that was the heartbeat of her existence.
