She was born on April 16, 1934 in Livingston County to Jacob and Sarah (Wanner) Baer.
Wilma married David Lee Perham on April 17, 1953 in Peoria. He preceded her in death on March 5, 1997 in rural Knox County.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Mildred Staker, Eunice Roseboom, Roy Baer, Edna Arnett, Doris Davis, Margaret Schlumpf and Katie Hoerr.
Wilma is survived by her 3 sons, Greg (Chris) Perham of Dunlap, Roger (Lisa) Perham of Chillicothe and Dan (Jessica) Perham of Dunlap; grandchildren, Matthew (Jennifer) Perham, Faith (Steve) Gray, Joni (David) Chenault, Lauren (Collin) Jordan, Rick (Olivia) Perham, Amanda (Danny) Heaslip and Wyatt Perham; 12 great-grandchildren; sister in law, Judy (Ron) Lowery and many nieces and nephews.
Wilma was a devoted Christian and prayer warrior and spent many years teaching Sunday School and the youth. She dedicated her life to serving the Lord and sharing his plan of salvation. Wilma was a member of Cedar Hills Baptist Church. She was a very devoted wife and adored her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was well known for her sweet rolls.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 21, 2022 at the funeral home. Pastor Tim Beddingfield will officiate. Additional visitation will be held an hour prior to services.
Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
