Willie Bert Heidelberg

He was born Feb. 19, 1945 in Memphis, TN to Cleve and Bertha (Hayden) Heidelberg, Sr. They preceded him in death along with three sisters.

Survivors include one sister, Mae E. Winston of Peoria, and one brother, Cleve Heidelberg, Jr. of Peoria. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins and great-nieces, and nephews.

Willie was a United States Army Veteran serving in the Vietnam War. Following his time in the military, Willie became a Plumber and has worked out of the Plumbers Local 63 in Peoria for 30 years retiring in 2010. He was a member of the United Association of Plumbers.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2016 at 4 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Apostle Sheri Collins will officiate. Visitation will be two hours prior to the services. Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.

Burial with Military Honors will be in Springdale Cemetery at a later date.
