He was born on March 16, 1937 in North Chillicothe to Oria and Vera Irions. He married Lucille Alma Werner in 1956. She preceded him in death on April 24, 2019. His parents also preceded him in death.
Surviving are his two daughters, Brenda Leitherer and her husband, Tom; Tammy Halenza and her husband, Doug; grandchildren, Amanda leitherer Glabinski and her husband, Mark, Melissa Leitherer, Anna Halenza Yelen and her husband, Dan, Rosemary Halenza; great-grandchildren, Aimee, Mathew, Thomas, Vince, Deane, Michael and Lee; and many nieces and nephews.
Warren was part owner of Chicago Chain and Transmission Co until he retired in 1993.
A funeral service will be on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at 2 p.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service at Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria. Cremation will be accorded following the services.
