Vivian Smith

She was born Oct. 12, 1921 in Peoria to Arthur and Cecelia (Arther) Goin. She married Dr. George Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, Lowell Smith, one sister, Dorothy Smith, and one brother, Archer Goin.

Survivors include one son, Michael Smith of Peoria, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Vivian worked for Illinois Machinery for over 20 years retiring in 1989. She was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral in Peoria.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019 at 2 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.

Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral in Peoria.
