Virginia Lee Sessa

She was born May 18, 1945 in Kewanee to Leo and Dorothy (Kelch) Brand. Virginia married David Sessa on March 14, 1986 in Bloomington, he survives.

She is also survived by her step-children, Brian (Lisa) Sessa of Elmwood, Kenneth (Gayla) Sessa of Dunedin, Florida, Valerie (Joseph Fung) Sessa of Hoboken, New Jersey and Jennifer (Chris) Love of Kingsville, Missouri; four grandchildren, Allison, Caitlin, Emma and Kyle; one aunt, Charlotte Ostrom of Hopkins, Minnesota and Pat Suto of Seminole, Florida.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Stephen Brand.

Virginia enjoyed spending her time doing arts and crafts and sewing clothes. She also loved doing yard work, gardening and fancy cooking for the family.

A graveside service will be held Friday, May 24, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Swan Lake Memory Gardens.
