

Sharon A. “Guppy” Litchfield, 72, of Peoria passed away at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at her residence. Sharon was born September 13, 1941 in Peoria, the daughter of William & Annastacia Carrigan Milloy. She married Everett L. Litchfield in 1957. She is survived by her children, Larry (Pam) of Peoria, Dennie Jo Litchfield of Peoria, Lea Ann Russell of Peoria, Keith (Debbie) of Jackson, MO, Michelle (Mike) Baker of Dunlap, Bernadette (Glen) Morrissey of Peoria, and Shannon Maskrey of Peoria; one step-son, Fenelus Marcony; sixty-six grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three sisters, Lois Milloy of Arizona, Joyce Clauson of Peoria Heights, and Lou Lowe of Peoria ; and one brother Lyle (Carol) Milloy of Sunnyland. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Thomas A. and Raymond M.; one brother, Vern Milloy; and one great-grandchild, Derek Powell. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and retired from there with 45 years, running the Soup Kitchen for the last 10 years. Sharon helped raise over two-hundred foster children. She went to Guam for a year and half as a missionary and also spent some time in Mexico doing the same. A funeral mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday March 10, 2014 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Father Larry Zurek will officiate. Visitation will be Sunday Evening from 4:00 -6:00 p.m. at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Peoria.
