She was born July 30, 1929 in Peoria to Fredrick and Anna (Heck) Buehler.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, sister, Marcella Buehler-Forney, brothers, Fredrick and Louis Buehler all of Peoria and Bernard Buehler of California.
She will surely be missed by her surviving sister Ann Marie Buehler- Clay of Chicago area. Rosemary was also a wonderful aunt to her many nieces and nephews.
Rosemary graduated Manual High School, received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University. She retired after 45 years from Graybar Electric Company in East Peoria. She also worked part time for Express Temporary Service in Peoria doing payroll.
She belonged to St. Ann Catholic Church of Peoria, and Infant Jesus of Prague of Flossmoor since moving to Flossmoor.
Rosemary had a generous heart and donated to various catholic charities and volunteered her time to causes she believed in such as “Right to Life”.
Funeral mass will be held Friday, November 10, 2023 at 10 a.m. at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Peoria, with visitation to be held one-hour prior to service. Burial will be held immediately following services at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Peoria. Father Jeremy Freehill will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Rosemary’s name may be made to Alzheimer’s research such as Cure Alzheimer Fund or Alzheimer Association.
