Peoria – Robert Eugene Secretan, 90, of Peoria, passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at GrandView Alzheimer’s Special Care Center in Peoria. He was born on March 24, 1931 in Peoria, a son of John Linton and Emily (Bartlett) Secretan. He married Imogene Whetstone on October 18, 1958 in Peoria. She survives.
Bob is also survived by his two children, Sharon Secretan of Tampa, FL and Linton Secretan of Kansas City MO.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Linton Secretan and Emily Secretan.
Bob graduated from Bradley University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He served his country in the United States Army.
Bob last worked as an engineer for the Rock Island Arsenal. He was a member of Second Baptist Church in Peoria.
Bob's memorial service will be at 1 pm on Nov 8th at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Rev. Paul Maitland will officiate. Inurnment will take place at Parkview Cemetery in Peoria following the memorial service.
