Robert W. Orr

He was born August 20, 1949, to Roy and Margaret Orr.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

He is survived by his wife, Terri; one son, Roger (Nancy) Orr of Princeville; one daughter, Rhonda (Gary) Crank of Princeville; one step-daughter, Kim Breisacher of Peoria; his father, Roy Orr of Canton; two sisters, Sharon Orr of Peoria and Linda (Harold) Walker of Canton; four brothers, Rod (Carol) Orr of MO, Richard (Jan) Orr of MO, William Orr of Canton and James (Thelma) Orr of TX; and seven grandchildren, Allyson Parks, Emma and Brayden Orr, Augustus Crank, Abbey and Allie Breisacher, and Haley Kirkbride.

He served in the United States Navy. He was a proud officer of the Peoria Police Department, retiring after 30 years in 2003. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing with his friends. He was a devoted father and truly enjoyed all of his grandchildren.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Visitation will be Sunday Oct. 3, 2010 from 2-5pm followed by a memorial service at Woolsey Wilton Funeral Home, 2408 West Willow Knolls Drive.

In lieu of flowers, per Robert’s request, any donations may be made to HPH Hospice, Hudson, FL.
