She was born Oct. 24, 1932 in Peoria to Oral and Martha (Evans) Bell. She married Richard “Dick” Robbins on Dec. 18, 1949 in Peoria. He passed away Aug. 2, 2012 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, Joshua Polk, one sister, Dorothy Gobert, and one brother, Raymond Bell.
Survivors include three sons: Richard (Connie) Robbins, Jr of East Peoria, Randy (Katy) Robbins of Bartonville, Craig Robbins of West Peoria, three daughters: Tamela Montiel of East Peoria, Kellie Graham of Chillicothe, Dana (Darrell) Driggers of East Peoria, eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Patsy worked at OSF Sat Francis Medical Center in Peoria for 20 years as an LPN.
She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ-Latter Day Saints in Pekin.
Funeral services will be Thursday, Sep. 7, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
