Stan and I were married almost 35 years and I would do it all over again with him if I could. I have lost my best friend, husband and life. Through all the bad and good Stanley stayed true to his family, friends and our Lord. I miss him every day. I cry for him every day. I have lost a huge part of my life. Stanley I love you dearly, I have for over 40 years and will for the rest of my life. I will see you on the other side. Your loving wife, Sheila

I am sadden to hear of Stan's passing, I had the privilege of working with Stan in the hospitality industry for many years and then finally he was my GM at Holiday Inn Brandywine.  He was one of the best and caring people I've known.  Even after I left, we remained friends and he always was there for me.  I will miss him always!  Suzanne Vestal (Germantown Hills, IL)

I was saddened to hear about Stan. We were in high school together and later in the mid 60's He, Art bills and my self were the nucleus of a group that did many one niters as a band. He had a great personality, voice, and musical talent. My sympathy to his family and friends.

Stan has always been a part of my life. My first eclectic collection of 45's was thanks to him. He was always smiling and made my dad smile. Dad will be missing his partner in crime - and music. You are all in my prayers.

Stan was my friend and mentor.  He is the reason I have a career that I love.  He taught me everything I know and I am so very grateful to him. The world is a better place because of Stan Marshall being in it.  He touched so many lives and his memory will live on forever. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wit while working with you for many years. Until we meet again.

I have many memories of working with Stan and playing music for many years in Peoria.  I wish I could attend the visitation and thank Sheila for the incredible care and devotion she gave to Stan.

I joined Stan's band, The Armadas, back in 1970, when I was at Bradley and they were the house band at the Ramada Inn.  We have remained close friends ever since, even though I moved to KC over 30 years ago. We have such great memories of the good times we spent together and I take comfort in knowing that my friend is now pain-free and living with his Lord and Savior!  Rest in peace, Stanley!

Stan was a loving man and very gifted musician.  He was always helpful and full of life no matter what was happening.  Stan had a wonderful sense of humor and always tried to make the best out of any situation.  He will be missed terribly.
