Linda Sue Mullen, 77, of Banner, passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2022. She was born on November 19, 1944 in Peoria, to Raymond and Betty (Boster) Fitzpatrick. She married Edward Mullen on August 11, 1961 and he preceded her in death on May 5, 2004.
She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda (Jeff) Fletcher and Michelle (Tim) Mullen, two grandchildren, Stacey (Ben) and Brian (Christy) Andersen, two step- grandchildren, Heather Nickel and Holly Berryman, and four great-grandchildren, Brutis France, Ronan Underwood, Dominick and Aundraya Andersen.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, sister, Beverly Kensinger, and step-son, Edward Mullen.
Linda was a big Chicago Cubs fan, enjoyed playing bingo, and traveling with friends. She was a manager at Davis Brothers for over 18 years.
A funeral service for Linda will take place on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 2:00 PM with visitation an hour prior at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel, 2021 N. University St. in Peoria. Burial will follow at Parkview Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Vitas Hospice or to the Alzheimer’s Association.
