She was born on January 17, 1951 in Rushville, IL to Melvin and Irene (Peacock) Grafton.
She married Jim Johnson on August 22, 1969 in Peoria.
Linda is survived by her husband of 52 years; mother, Irene Grafton of Bellevue; daughter, Jamy (Terry England) Schoolman of Bellevue; son, Jeremiah (Rachel) Johnson of Glasford; grandchildren, Jessy Schoolman and Jocelyn Johnson; great-granddaughter, Juliet Johnson; siblings, Nancy Grafton of Bellevue, Donald Grafton of Bellevue and Wayne Grafton of Rushville; and numerous, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Linda and her husband have owned and operated the I R Here bar in Bellevue since 1990. She loved to garden, play the slot and poker machines and was an avid Cubs fan. Most of all she loved her family and friends, she was a Mom to everyone.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021 from 1-2:30 p.m. at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Graveside services will follow at Parkview Cemetery.
