Kay Joann Lopeman

Kay J. Lopeman, 89, of Peoria, passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born on February 6, 1936 in East Peoria, a daughter of Charles W. "Red" Meyers and Anna (Dragovich) Meyers. Kay married James K. Lopeman on June 17, 1977 in Galesburg. He survives.

Also surviving is one grandson, Christopher Lopeman of Streator; and three nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Christopher Lopeman; one sister; and four brothers.

Kay last worked as a bookkeeper for Lynch Aluminum in Peoria.

She was a member of Forrest Hill United Methodist Church in Peoria.

Kay's memorial service will be at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Forrest Hill United Methodist Church in Peoria. Rev. Aletha Wetherall will officiate.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Davison-Fulton-Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria.
