She was born March 2, 1951 in Peoria, a daughter of Raymond Joseph and Catherine Chapai Pecher.
Surviving are her parents; two sons, Ondrae Pero of Austin, TX, and Dreon Pero of Boston, MA; one daughter, Sara Waters of Overland Park, KS; one step-son, Kevin Baker of Columbia, MO; one grandson; one granddaughter; and one sister, Terry Rae (Dennis) Bradford of Highland.
She loved to travel, paint, and sign language. She truly lived life to the fullest. She was truly loved by all who knew her.
Cremation rites will be accorded. Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
