JoAnn was born on November 21, 1955 in Ottawa to Avery and Patricia Loughridge. She married Juan Morales on September 17, 2016. He survives.
Also surviving are her siblings, Linda Loughridge of Ottawa, Barbara Ramirez of Streator, and Steve (Laura) Loughridge of Ottawa; her very close friend, Kathy James; her beloved dog, Ringo; and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
She worked as a CNA for Lutheran Hillside Village for many years until her retirement. JoAnn loved camping in her camper, and spending time with her family.
Memorials may be made to the family.
A visitation will be held Thursday, July 27th, from 5pm to 7pm, at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, July 30th, from 2pm to 6pm at the VFW in Ottawa, 1501 La Salle Street.
