Heidi was born in Peoria, IL on March 30, 1977 in Peoria, IL, daughter of Roger and Linda Martin Hoffman.
She is survived by her parents of East Peoria; two brothers, James (Lindsay) Hoffman of Sunnyland, and Kevin Hoffman of East Peoria; two nephews, and one niece; one grandmother, Frieda Martin of Morton; many aunts and uncles; and her beloved pets, Max the dog and Molly the cat.
Heidi was preceded in death by two grandfathers, and one grandmother.
She taught two years olds at Rogy’s Learning Center for eighteen years.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 10am at Prospect Cemetery in Dunlap.
Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton is in charge of arrangements.
