Hakeim Delanos Jones

Hakeim and his family relocated to Peoria when he was about 2 years old and he was raised by Roma Hampton.

Hakeim is survived by his mother, Princess Daniels of Peoria; his sister, Ni’kera Daniels of Peoria; his brothers, Terrance Daniels, Zyion Jones, and Robrick Daniels all of Peoria; grandparents, Dorothy Coleman, Jerry Jones, Roma & Gigi Lemon, and Gloria Hampton.

Hakeim was educated in the Peoria Public School system attending Tyng, Roosevelt, Peoria High, and graduating from Richwoods High School. He also attended Valdosta High School in Georgia.

Hakeim loved baseball, football (especially the Green Bay Packers), and spending time with family.

Hakeim's family has arranged a celebration of life service that will be at 11:00 am Friday, October 21, 2022 at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Peoria. Cremation has been entrusted to the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org/donate.
