Gladys Marie Berry

She was born November 2, 1961 in Peoria to J.C. and Allean (Jones) White.

Gladys was a graduate of Woodruff High School. She was hard working woman throughout her life, working for Par-A-Dice Casino as a card dealer, and at Huck’s Convenience Store.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Muriel Hobbs; brothers, Odell White, and Ray White.

Surviving are her daughters, Tina (Mike) Housenga, and Michelle (Rory) Butler; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Catherine White, Dorothy White, and Ivory Bush; brothers, Lawrence (Carol) White, and Johnny (Cynthia) White; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and lifelong friend and companion, Bob Davey.

Gladys loved her family immensely, and they meant the world to her. She will be remembered by them fondly.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service. Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.
