He was born on May 7, 1969 in Peoria to Marion David and Betty Ann (Campbell) Browning. He married Elouise Hoffman on June 16, 1997 in Peoria.
He is survived by his two children, Shawn (Tiffany Smith) Fields of Manito and Nicki Fields of Peoria; one sister, Anna E. Whetstine-Fields of Springfield, OH and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings, David Lee Browning Bartell, Victoria L. Ely, and Linda Kay Eichhorn.
Frederick enjoyed fishing, watching movies, looking for gold in Arizona with his father, and drinking Mountain Dew. He loved his dogs, spending time with his family, and will be remembered as a prankster.
A funeral service will be on Monday, April 7, 2025 at 2 pm with visitation one hour prior to the service at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Burial will follow the service at Parkview Cemetery.
