She was born on October 30, 1934 in Matoy, Oklahoma to Jesse and Clara (Scalf) Money. She married Robert Coker, he preceded her in death on June 30, 1960. She later married James Netick, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, five brothers, and one step granddaughter.
She is survived by her son, Duane (Janice) Coker of Belleville, IL, step-son, Jeffrey Netick of St. Paul, MN, step-daughter, Tricia (Robert) Woodyard of Highlands Ranch, CO, three step grandchildren, three step great- grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jeanie was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She worked as a teacher’s aide and secretary for IVC School District for over 17 years before retiring in 1989. She taught Sunday school for 40 years and was recognized for working with resource students.
A funeral service for Jeanie will occur on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 1:30 PM with visitation one hour prior at Calvary Baptist Church, 1208 West Cloverdale Road in Chillicothe. Pastor Curtis Cochran will officiate. Burial will follow at Chillicothe City Cemetery.
