Surviving are her four sons: Arthur (Annabelle) Bliss of Hudson, FL, Harold (Nancy) Bliss of Peoria, IL, Harvey Bliss of Peoria, IL, and Richard (Paula) Bliss of Pass Christian, MS, three daughters: Barbara Corvell of Richmond, IN, Phyllis (Henry) Cotner of Olney, IL, and Judy Gorley of Peoria, IL, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and her sister Shirley Pullman of Pekin, IL. Edith was preceded in death by her parents, husband Arthur Bliss, Sr., two daughters, and several brothers and sisters.
Edith was a homemaker who loved to spend time with her family and friends. She worked for the Southside Mission many years ago and was a volunteer for the Salvation Army.
A Graveside service will be held at 2 pm Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 – 2 pm at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army. Online tributes and condolences may be made at www.Davison-Fulton.com
