Dorothy "Dot" L. Gilmore

She was born April 20, 1927 in Peoria to Emory and Wilda (Jochman) Beebe. She married Jack Gilmore on March 6, 1948 in Peoria. He passed away May 9, 2008 in Bartonville. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Frank Beebe.

Survivors include three children: Linda (Ron) Dupree of Washington, Steven (Paula) Gilmore of Washington, Jackie (Wayne) Still of Bartonville, one granddaughter, Jennifer (Jason) Schick, seven grandsons: Todd (Kim) Still, Scott (Holly) Still, Brett (Lindsay) Still, Ryan (Donnita) Dupree, Eric (Julie) Dupree, Eron Dupree, and Nicholas (Staci) Gilmore. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.

Dorothy was the Office Manager at Orthopedic Associates in Peoria for 22 years retiring in 1988. She was member of the First Christian Church in Peoria and a past member and president of Femmes Unir Woman’s Club in Bartonville.

Funeral services will be Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
