She was born September 14, 1966 in Springfield, IL to Ronald & Judy (Loyd) Sinn. She graduated from Dunlap High School in 1984. She received her BA in Communications at Western Illinois University graduating in 1987. She lived and worked in Chicago and obtained her MBA from National-Louis University from 1987-1995.
She married William Rodney Olson on February 18, 1995. She served as the head of the family support group for A 1/131 INF during 2 deployments. She worked at RJS Constructors from 1996 and eventually became President/CEO/Owner and successfully ran the business until 2018. She was the 1st female president of the Central Illinois Builders, a chapter of AGC of America from 2015-2016. She was also the head of the Radnor Rd. Homeowners Association from its founding until 2018. Dana had a deep-rooted faith in Jesus and expressed that love to everyone.
She was proceeded in death by her sister, Diane Rae, her father in law and both sets of grandparents. Dana is survived by both parents Ronald & Judy Sinn of Peoria, IL, husband Will Olson of Peoria, IL; daughter Chloe Rae Olson and son Max Leif Olson both of Peoria, IL brother David (Holli) Sinn of Tillamook, OR and mother in law Pat Olson of Dunlap IL.
The family would like to thank Conner's Clinic, St. Elmo's, Minnesota for their constant life giving love.

The visitation will be at Northwoods Community Church (NWCC) on Sunday, September 9, 2018 from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm. The Funeral Service will be held at NWCC on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 2:00pm with Graveside Service to follow afterwards at Swan Lake Cemetery. Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria is in charge of arrangements.
