He was born November 11, 1952 in St. Louis, MO a son of Austin and Joyce Arnold May.
Surviving are his children, Lorraine (Lamont) Washington of Peoria, Latecia (Jerome) Jones of Montgomery, AL, Latosha May of Peoria; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; three sisters, Regina Hamilton of Fairview Heights, Augustine Jones of Peoria, and Valerie Hightower of San Diego, CA; four nieces and two great nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one granddaughter, and one grandson.
Dale worked as a Teacher for Kiefer School affiliated with the Children’s Home in Peoria.
He was of Christian faith.
Cremation rites are accorded. Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria is in charge of arrangements.
