He was born June 16, 1944 in Rock Island, IL to William and Anna (Stulir) Miller. He married Debbie Jackson on February 11, 1977 in Peoria. She survives along with two sons: Richard (Beth) Stropes of Missouri, David (Mary Kathleen) Miller of Macomb, IL, two daughters: Melissa (Dan) Brown of Washington, IL, Krista (Jesse) Bieneman of Morton, IL, and eight grandchildren: Weston, Ethan, Jack, Ben, Anne, Danny, Edwin, and Madelyn.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: William S. and Darrell.
Chuck loved to watch all sports, especially the Chicago Bears and the New York Yankees. He was an avid golfer and recently enjoyed reading.
He was a talented artist and made his career in graphic arts and printing. He retired from Original Smith Printing in Bloomington.
Cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services at this time. Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St Jude Midwest Affiliate.
