Billy Ted Hurley

Billy Ted Hurley, 81, of Farmington, formerly of Bellevue passed away quietly at 5:10 p.m. on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Farmington Country Manor. Billy was born on November 1, 1931 in Crittenden Co. Kentucky, the son of John G & Ellen Terry Hurley. He married Floy Willan in 1952 in Peoria. They had three daughters, Fleta, Ellen, and Patti. He is survived by one daughter, Fleta Jo Hurley of Peoria; two brothers, John and Terry; two sisters, Jo Lee(Ron) of Godfrey, IL and Judy (Sam) Sunley of MO; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. Billy is preceded in death by his parents and two daughters, Ellen Hurley and Patti Kane; two brothers; Noel and Gene. He served in the U.S. Army from 1952-1954. After his service he worked for and retired from Caterpillar. Billy will be missed by all who knew him. Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Union Church of Brimfield Rev. Steve Barch will officiate. Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
