Bessie "Maggie" J. Krus

She was born on December 8, 1949 in Delavan to Thomas and Wilma (Baumgardner) DeWeese. She married Thomas Krus on February 10, 1968, and he survives.

She is also survived by three children, Angela Krus-Travis (Jesse) of Pekin, Wilma Krus of Peoria, and Klaus Krus (Tiffany Colvin) of Pekin, nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, two sisters, and one brother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one grandchild, one great-grandchild, two brothers, and three sisters.

In her free time, Maggie enjoyed puzzles, shopping, traveling with family, and she cherished spending time with her children and grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 4, 2022 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Pastor Howard Love will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Swan Lake Memory Gardens.
