Anna M. Franklin

She was born Sep. 18, 1925 in Peoria to Edward and Irma (Angel) Allison. She married Charles A. Franklin Dec. 7, 1946 in Peoria. He passed away March 6, 1983 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Patsy Rodgers and one brother, Edward Allison.

Survivors include one daughter, Lora (Glenn) Hinners of Bellevue, one son, Charles (Kathryn) Franklin, Jr. of Cuba (where Anna was living at the time of her death), five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Marilyn Jones of Peoria, and Dorothy (Donald) Cox of Spring Bay.

Anna worked for the Boss Glove Factory and was an avid Bingo player.

Funeral services will be Friday June 11, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in West Peoria.
