Bud, part of the greatest generation, was born in Massachusetts in 1924. At the age of 18, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy to help support the United States efforts in WWII. He also served in the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He also served as a naval photographer during his entire career until retirement.
Preceded to heaven by his beloved wife Helen. Bud is survived by 3 children, 4 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be from 6-8 pm on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 619 N. New Warrington Road, Pensacola, FL 32506. Funeral services will begin at 10 am on Friday, September 2, 2017 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with a burial to follow at Barrancas National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
