Travis Leyon Hutchinson, 91, of Pensacola, Florida passed away February 3, 2019. He was born in Lucedale, Mississippi and moved from Mobile, Alabama to Pensacola in 1957 where he lived for the rest of his life. He attended Auburn University and was a Navy veteran of WW2. He was a former Baptist minister at several churches in the Pensacola area and a retired vice president of K&J Supply.
In addition to his deep love for Christ and spending time with his family, he enjoyed fishing, gardening, reading and was a huge Auburn football fan.
Travis was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Allie Hutchinson; brother, Bernie Hutchinson; first wife, Claudine Hutchinson; and second wife, Betty Hutchinson.
Travis is survived by his five children, Brenda Williams (Dan), Kathy Moorman (Don), Janet Holmes, Jeff Hutchinson, Judy Lytton (Kirk), 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 07, 2019 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel. Interment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 06, 2019 at the funeral home.
