Tracy Lee Perry was born September 27, 1996 in Zanesville, OH to Gregory Lee Perry and Betti Viola Perry. Tracy’s childhood was more interesting than most, with time spent living in Bakersfield, CA, Cuidad Ojeda, Venezuela, and Angola, Africa. After spending several years abroad for Greg’s work, Tracy spent most of his adolescence in Houma, LA. A few years after high school, Tracy moved to Pensacola, FL with his girlfriend Amber Kramer where they started their lives together. It was in Pensacola that Tracy discovered his passion for helping the environment. After working in the conservation corps and taking a trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico for coral reef restoration, Tracy started to study environmental engineering through Pensacola State College, with hopes of attending a major university to finish his degree. Tracy was also a member of the Sons of American Legion Post 392.
Tracy was a very intelligent, outgoing, friendly, and kind soul who was always adoring any animal he came across. His passions included skateboarding, anime, gaming, and cooking. However, most of all he enjoyed spending time with this girlfriend Amber. Tracy loved being stimulated mentally and was always a big fan of puzzles. Even as an adult, he loved getting a new lego set, playing a game of chess, or solving a Rubik’s cube within a minute.
Tracy was a little brother to Johnnie Michael Peters (middle) and Amanda Jane Bryson (oldest). Within the Perry family, Tracy was a grandson to Jo Nell Perry and a nephew to Karen Denise Montez. Within the Riddle family, Tracy was a grandson to Evalyn Bertie Riddle with 8 aunts and uncles, as well as 25 first cousins.
A celebration of life ceremony for Tracy will be celebrated at a future date, which will be provided to friends and family once those details are decided. We appreciate all of the outpouring support, financial donations, and love from everyone impacted by Tracy’s passing.
We’ll never forget his large, joyous smile and his kind heart. He will be missed by all that knew him.
