Thomas G "Tiger" - "Toddy" Jones

Thomas G “Tiger” Jones passed away unexpectedly August 30th 2022 at Santa Rosa Hospital. Daddy was born in Laurel Hill Florida to T. J. “Tamp” and Wilma Jones. He graduated from Laurel Hill high school as Valedictorian and enjoyed playing basketball for the Hobo’s.

Tiger went to work at Chemstrand after taking classes at FSU. He was married to Gail McGriff “Muhl” for 19 years they had two children: Lorna Jones and Todd (Ann) Jones. 4 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren:

Osman Jones

He was very proud of us, his grandchildren and his great grandchildren. He is survived by his sister Merle Heinz and his brother Harold Jones, many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews on both sides of the family that he loved dearly.

Tiger enjoyed life to the fullest, Daddy enjoyed stock car racing, dirt track racing and loved to watch Todd and Osman every chance he got. Osman knows that his pawpaw has the best seat in the house now. We know he had many friends from all walks of life. We know in our heart those friends and family that went before him were there to greet him when he got “home”.

He will be laid to rest beside his life partner of 15+ years, Fran Nobles at Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens.
