Ruth M. Bush, 88, passed away Saturday, February 06, 2021 at home. She was born January 14, 1933 in Dozier, Alabama to parents Melvin and Camellia Moody. She met her husband Lewis Bush in high school and they married July 24, 1950. She graduated from Straughn High School. She worked at the sewing factory and Funsteins Pecan Co. in Andalusia, Alabama before becoming a full time home maker.
She was a wonderful, loving, devoted wife and mother. She was devoted to and very much loved all her family. She had a very loving, sweet soul and was kind to everyone she met. She was a member of Bellview Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson Cliffie Fulton.
She is survived by her husband of 70 1/2 years Lewis Bush, son Frankie Bush (Fran), daughter Anna Bush (Jan Dillard), brother Roger Moody (Kay), sister Janice Norman (Nick) grandson Ritchie Fulton (Dawn), 2 great granddaughters, 3 great-great grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.
