Ronald Wayne Wood

He was born on March 18th, 1943 in Pensacola, Florida, third of four children to mother, luverne McCurdy Wood, and father, Clifford Christian Wood. In February of 1965 he married Wilma Faye Holliman, his wife of 56 years, and raised three sons, Kenneth Wayne; Michael Wayne (April) and Robert Earl (Audra); grandchildren Michael Wayne Jr. (Brittney), Madison Nicole, Brittany Anne and Jessica Ann-Marie, as well as his beloved sister Joan Carol Ward (Richard).

He is preceded in death by his father Clifford Christian Wood; mother Luverne McCurdy Wood; brother Clifford A Wood and brother William J. Wood.

Visitation for friends will be held Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from 10am to 11am at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel. In light of these difficult times, the family asks that guests be mindful of social distancing so as to protect our loved ones and each.
