Rick was born June 17, 1965 in Richmond, VA. He was the eldest son of James Archer Garner and Linda Holmes Garner. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Rick loved fishing, cars, and sports. He was a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan and a gun enthusiast.
He is survived by his wife Patty, his four children Tifani Nikol, Lauren, and stepsons Roger Sykes and Nico Jones, his four grandchildren Madeline, Taylor, Edmund, and Scarlett, his three brothers Paul, John, and Wes, one sister Stephanie, and his best friend, Jeff Sorrells.
Services for Rick will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Oak Lawn Funeral Home located at 619 New Warrington Road in Pensacola, FL.
