Richard Lee Crockett, age 86 passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Richard was born August 21, 1935 in Nebo, Illinois to David T. Crockett and Hazel Brown Crockett.
He proudly served in the United States Navy as a Chief Aviation Mechanic and finally retired from Government Civil Service. Richard enjoyed doing carpenter activities and he was an avid book reader.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents, David T. Crockett and Hazel Brown Crockett; and his wife, Nancy Sue Crockett.
Survived by his son, Todd Crockett; daughter, Lisa D. Crockett Raulerson; brother, James Crockett; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A visitation for Richard will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2022 from 11:00 am to 12:45 pm at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 619 N New Warrington Rd, Pensacola, Florida 32506. Interment will immediately follow with full military honors 1:00 pm at Barrancas National Cemetery.
