R. Carless Stephens

Carless graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Carless worked as an accountant at Monsanto until he retired to play more golf and spend time with family. Carless was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was married to his sweetheart, Patty, for 46 years before she passed in 2005. He is survived by his son Michael Stephens and daughter Ann (Michael) Williams, grandchildren Amy (Prentiss) Barry, Brian Stephens, Carlee Stephens, Olivia Stephens, Jacob (Laura) Williams and Adam Williams and a brother, Larry (Florence) Stephens. Mr. Stephens was also preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn Eilertsen.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation on Friday, May 15, 2020 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Bayview Fisher-Pou Funeral Home, immediately followed by a service, officiated by Pastor Dan Davis.

The family would like to thank Covenant Hospice at Sacred Heart for their kindness and care.
