Pete, son of Peter and Pamela Petersen, left this world after a long but valiant battle with cancer.
Pete was parted from the love of his life, Christy Miller, who made his life worth living. Pete was grateful to Christy’s parents, Jim and Wilma, for treating him as a son.
Pete was blessed to have a dear friend who came to his bedside and made him smile in his last hours. He was touched by the many family friends who gave their sympathy and their support, to him and to his loved ones. Pete’s family is grateful to his wonderful doctors and nurses and Sacred Heart Cancer, who cared for Pete as if he were their own family. Many thanks to everyone at Covenant Hospice for all their help and kindness.
In lieu of flowers, Pete’s family asks that donations be made to people in need, and that everyone visit sick friends.
