Myrtle Lucinda Bishop Brown, 70, was born November 19, 1949, in Arcadia, Florida to the late Willis Alton and Betty J. Albritton Bishop. Surrounded by family she was called to her Heavenly home, May 22, 2020 in Pace, Florida.
Myrtle was an accomplished business owner. She loved sewing, quilting and crafting in her spare time. Myrtle enjoyed spending time with family and teaching her grandkids the art of crafting. Fishing was one of favorite activities. She loved watching her son race and always enjoyed listing to him tell all about it.
Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents and her son, John Lee Castleberry.
Left to cherish Myrtle’s beautiful memories will be her beloved partner, Frank Sowers; one son, James “Jamie” Castleberry and wife Sheina; grandchildren: Janie Denson and husband Jeff, Hallie Castleberry, Tanner Castleberry, Elizabeth O’Quinn, Taylor O’Quinn, Malachi Whitley; great-grandchildren: Harper Rose Simmons, Logan Rae Krzyzaniak; grandchildren: Ashli Furmanek and husband Shawn, Jennifer Sasse and Shay Ristau, Jessica Shah and husband Matt; great-grandchildren: Baylee Furmanek, Carson Furmanek, Luna Furmanek, Carlee Sasse, Jadia Sasse, Corbin Sasse, one sister, Alta Coleman; one brother, Buddy Bishop and wife Pat; along with many extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
