A celebration of life service will be held Thursday, November 21 at Bayview Memorial Chapel,
3351 Scenic Hwy 90e, Pensacola, FL 32503. Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:00 with funeral
services at 11:00. The burial will follow soon after at the same location.
Todd was born May 1, 1962 in Atmore, Alabama to Buddy and Florence Burch. Todd was
employed at Cerex Advanced Fabrics for 35+ years. He always enjoyed the outdoors, working
in the yard, hunting, fishing and boating, cruises and dancing. He was a very good cook and enjoyed
grilling out and socializing with friends. He enjoyed watching all the football games but
especially FSU . Todd loved animals and became a volunteer at a pig rescue. His smiling face
will be missed by his family and all his friends.
Todd is survived by his fiancé Nina Tisdale, daughter Crystal Babin, Damon and Jason Tisdale
and two grandchildren, Kennedy and Charlie Babin.
