Merritt Clinton Hamilton, Jr., age 80, of Navarre, Florida passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024. Merritt was born in St. Louis, Missouri to Merritt C. Hamilton and Margaret Brewer Hamilton on March 25, 1944.
Merritt is survived by his wife, Sharon "Shay" Hamilton.
A visitation for Merritt will be held Monday, August 5, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Sylvester Catholic Church, 6464 Gulf Breeze Pkwy, Gulf Breeze, FL 32563, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 AM.
Merritt will be laid to rest in Barrancas National Cemetery, NAS Pensacola, Pensacola, Florida with full military honors.
Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel, 3351 Scenic Highway is entrusted with arrangements.
