Mary Moore Shepherd

1932 – 2012

Mary Moore Shepherd, 80, of Pensacola, Florida died Friday, September 21, 2012 in Bloomfield, Colorado.

Mrs. Shepherd was born in Samson, Alabama to Gordon and Nora Mills. She was the manager of the art and engraving department at St. Regis (Champion) Paper Mill from which she retired. Mrs. Shepherd was a member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Raymond Mills.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Shepherd; son, Roy Gene Moore II and wife Tracey; brothers, Connie Mills and Jimmy Mills.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel.

Interment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Saturday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Cokesbury United Methodist Church, 5725 North 9th Avenue, Pensacola, FL 32504.
