Martha Ann McPhail Broz

Martha Ann McPhail Broz passed away in her Lillian, AL home on April 30, 2017 surrounded by her children. She was 85 years old. Martha was born in Columbus, GA and married Frank Broz, Jr. in 1951. Martha was a Lifetime member of the Lillian Community Club and a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Martha enjoyed working in the yard, playing Bingo and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband Frank Broz, Jr., her mother Louise McPhail and her father Edwin McPhail.

Martha is survived by her children Vickey Bell, Lillian, Debbi Gray (Rick), Sanford, FL, Frankie Broz (Tudy), Lillian, AL, 6 grandchildren Rick Covert, Lillian, AL, Christy Davis (Derrick), Perdido Beach, AL, Trisa Sutton (Conrad) Lillian, AL, Nikolaus Broz (April), Pensacola, FL, Barbara Schwartz (Forrest), Lillian, AL and Alexander Broz, Lillian, AL. and 12 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers Ray McPhail (Lynn), Florence, AL, Ed McPhail (Kate), Florence, AL, John McPhail (Della), Ft. Walton Beach, FL., David McPhail (Kelly), Valley, AL, and numerous nieces and nephews

Visitation will be held at Oak Lawn funeral home on Monday, May 8, 2017 from 6-8 pm at 619 N. New Warrington Road, Pensacola, FL 32506. A funeral service will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Lillian, AL on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at 10:30 am with an interment to follow at Barrancas National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Lillian Recreational Park in memory of Martha Broz. Oak Lawn Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
