Mamie was a true homemaker and the last of her generation, she loved family and everything that had to do with family. She loved sewing, crocheting, cooking, baking, gardening and could out-fish most men. She was Baptist by faith.
Mamie was preceded in death by her parents and brothers.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 66 years, Max Crook; her daughters, Sheila Hamilton, Rhonda Alvarez and Kathy Musick, all of Pensacola, FL; her sons, Joe Crook of Englewood, FL and Keith (Kathy) Crook of Pensacola, FL; 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday, August 22, 2014 at 4 PM at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home with Chaplain Ken Griffin officiating. Interment will follow in Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens with Scott Hamilton, Brad Blanchard, Matthew Crook, Adam Musick, Maxwell Musick and Jason Alvarez serving as pallbearers.
