Mrs. Klinger was born August 29, 1924 in Marinette, Wisconsin to Arthur R. Strutz and Eunice A. Kuhlman Strutz.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 09, 2012 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel.
