Judy was born January 12, 1942 in Jacksonville, Florida to James Ray and Louise Smith Ray. Judy was married to her beloved husband, Malcolm Nix for 60 years. He was her protector, love of her life, companion, best friend, and soul mate until his death in 2022.
Judy is survived by her children, Diana Wright, Steven Nix, Jimmy Nix and Julie Nix; four siblings; ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 03, 2024 at Bayview Fisher- Pou Chapel with services beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery. The funeral cortege will depart the funeral home at 12:00 p.m.
