Joseph Dennis Johnson

1929 - 2013

J. Dennis Johnson, 84, passed away on December 30, 2013. He was born in Birmingham, AL on February 24, 1929 and spent a majority of his life between Pensacola, FL and Tampa, FL. Dennis was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife of 47 years, Jeanne “Janie” Johnson. He is survived by his children Kathryn Johnson, Kiri Wesson, Laurie Tilton (Bill) and Dennis Johnson Jr. (Robin); grandchildren Mary and Kalli Smyth, Evan and Emma Tilton, Reece and Maggie Johnson; great grandchildren Elly and Aden Wortham as well as companion Joyce Allred.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Bayview Memorial Park.

BAYVIEW FISHER-POU CHAPEL, 3351 Scenic Highway is entrusted with arrangements.
